However, if I need to visit your property to take measurements, evaluate conditions, or demonstrate how a stain will appear on various materials, there's a fee ranging from $75 to $100, unless we already have a contractual agreement in place. In return for your investment, you'll receive something tangible, whether it’s a small application of material or a detailed CAD drawing to scale and in compliance with codes.
